Project Gorgon Guild Guide: How Guilds Work
Guilds in Project Gorgon are structured player groups that unlock shared storage, Guild Quests, Guild Credits, and long term progression through Guild Levels. You can only be in one guild per character, and leaving resets your Guild Credits to zero. If you plan to play beyond early game, guild systems become extremely valuable.
This guide explains how guilds actually function and what matters most.
Should You Join A Guild Early
Yes, unless you are strictly solo.
Guilds give you:
Shared Guild Storage Vaults
Access to Guild Quests
Guild Credits for upgrades
Easier dungeon grouping
Organized community support
Even a small guild provides storage benefits that reduce inventory pressure.
How To Create A Guild
Guild creation happens at a Guild Roster.
Locations:
Serbule Guild Roster sign
Red Wing Casino Guild Roster book
To create a guild:
Pay 10000 Councils
Choose a guild name
Become Guildmaster at Rank 10
After creation, you can immediately invite other players.
Guild Levels And Member Cap
Guilds level up by completing Guild Quests. Leveling increases maximum member size and unlocks more Guild Storage Vault expansion.
Member caps increase gradually:
Level 0 to 5 supports 150 members
Level 6 to 8 increases to 175 to 225
Level 9 to 12 increases up to 325
Level 13 and above supports 350
If you are running a small guild, you will not feel pressure from caps early. Large community guilds care much more about leveling.
Guild Storage Vaults Explained
Guild Storage Vaults are one of the biggest reasons to join a guild.
Initial vaults exist in:
Serbule
Rahu
Animal Town
Kur Mountains
Each starts with 8 slots. Additional slots are purchased with Councils and unlocked as Guild Level increases.
Vault prices vary by location. Some locations are cheaper per slot than others, so smart guilds expand cheaper vaults first.
Higher ranked members control:
Who can access each vault
Who can buy additional slots
Vault descriptions
All vault transactions are logged.
Guild Quests And Guild Credits
Guild Quests generate Guild Credits. Credits are spent on upgrades and guild progression features.
Members need permission to:
Accept Guild Quests
Cancel Guild Quests
Spend Guild Credits
If you leave the guild, your personal Guild Credits reset.
Guild progression depends heavily on consistent quest participation.
Guild Ranks And Permissions
Guilds have 10 ranks by default. Rank 10 is Guildmaster and has full control.
Default examples:
Rank 1 Probation
Rank 3 Member
Rank 5 Sheriff
Rank 7 Lieutenant
Rank 10 Guildmaster
Permissions can include:
Inviting members
Promoting and demoting
Kicking members
Setting Message of the Day
Viewing Audit Logs
Accessing specific vaults
Guildmasters can redesign the entire rank structure.
Membership Requirements And Penalties
Guilds can set requirements such as Hardcore Death Penalty or Permanent Animal Form.
If set to Required:
Guild earns bonus Guild Credits
All members must meet the requirement
If a member fails to meet requirements:
That member earns zero Guild Credits
No new Guild Quests can start
Spend Credits becomes locked
New invites are disabled
This affects the entire guild until resolved.
Guild Audit Logs
Guild Audit Logs track important actions.
They record:
Who joined and who invited them
Who quit
Who was ejected
Guild setting changes
Vault activity
Use:
/guild auditlogs
/guild auditlogs old
/guild auditlogs -2
Logs reset weekly.
Guild Halls
Guild Halls provide additional shared space and storage. They also unlock extra Guild Storage Vaults.
Access and expansion depend on Guild Level and upgrades.
What Is Important For New Players
If you are new, focus on:
Joining an active guild
Participating in Guild Quests
Using Guild Storage smartly
Avoiding guild hopping unless necessary
Do not ignore Guild Credits. They drive long term upgrades.
Final Thoughts
Project Gorgon guilds are not just chat channels. They tie directly into storage management, progression, and cooperative systems.
If you want smoother progression, better organization, and access to shared resources, being in a guild is a strong advantage.
