Project Gorgon Gilded Chest Puzzle Guide
The Gilded Chest puzzle in Project Gorgon is a fixed pedestal puzzle found on the upper floor of Serbule Crypt. It is solved by interacting with a set of objects in the correct order. There is no combat requirement and no skill requirement to complete it.
The puzzle works the same way every time and does not change between resets.
Where To Find The Gilded Chest
The Gilded Chest is located on the upper floor of Serbule Crypt at the end of a long hallway branching off the main path. The room contains the locked chest and eleven pedestal items arranged around it.
You can reach this room without clearing the entire dungeon, but hostile enemies may be nearby.
How The Pedestal Puzzle Works
Each pedestal object must be interacted with in the correct sequence. Clicking the wrong object or clicking out of order will fail the attempt and force you to start over.
There are no hints given in game during the interaction itself. The puzzle relies entirely on knowing the correct order.

Viewing Device

Once the final item is activated, the chest unlocks immediately.
Common Mistakes To Avoid
Clicking items too quickly can cause misclicks. Take your time and confirm each interaction.
Do not click any pedestal twice. If the order is broken, leave the room briefly and try again.
Make sure enemies are cleared or controlled before starting so you are not interrupted.
Reset And Repeat Behavior
The puzzle order does not change. Once learned, it can be completed the same way on future visits.
If you fail the sequence, you can retry without waiting for a long cooldown.
